j. crew on a budget.

We got the J Crew catalog in the mail this week.  Well, my sister subscribed to this torture, and then moved away and didn't inform J. Crew of her changed address.  Generally I find myself disgruntled and cranky after looking through J Crew.  It's one of those catalogs where nearly every outfit is perfect and lovely and you would wear it yourself...if you had $200 to spend on one perfect sweater.

It's simply lovely.  Total price?  $457.  ha.  HA.  Most of us are on a budget, and if we aren't we should be.  

But try these on for size!

Shorts: $20 from Old Navy

Belt: $16.94 from Old Navy

Necklace: $8.80 from Forever21

Sunglasses:  $12.99 from Target (so they're not Ray-Bans.  Not sure the name is worth $132 more dollars..)

Total?  $108.68, thank you very much.

(Still too expensive for me...time to find the shirt at goodwill. :)
