To usher in my last day at home, I made Dad pancakes. They are
delicious and just about as simple as you can get. I'm not saying they're healthy, but a quick three mile run will burn them off. (that's what I did!)
Audrey's Pancakes
- 2 cups flour
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 3 Tbs. butter
- 1 large egg
Mix it all up and you're good to go. (:
